  • Instagram Profile Data: When you use our Chrome extension, we collect publicly visible usernames, display names, and profile pictures from Instagram followers/following lists that you choose to sync.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our service
  • To authenticate your account
  • To store your synced Instagram profiles in your personal workspace
  • To generate tier list images for you to download and share

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on AWS servers. Each user has a private workspace accessible only to them. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information.

Chrome Extension

Our Chrome extension:

  • Only reads data from Instagram when you explicitly click "Scrape & Sync"
  • Never posts, likes, follows, or modifies anything on your Instagram account
  • Stores your Sync Key locally in your browser
  • Only communicates with tierster.com to upload your synced profiles

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to provide our services (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery).

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as you have an active account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
